About Sleep Health Centre

Led by Dr Alison Bentley and supported by an expert clinical team, Sleep Health Centre South Africa provides doctor-led assessment, diagnosis and management of sleep disorders, as well as sleep optimisation. Patients can see the team in clinic or through virtual consultations nationwide, with home sleep studies available across the country.

The challenge

People looking for sleep help are often tired, worried and unsure what kind of problem they have. The website had to explain the practice’s clinics and services in plain language, show that care is available anywhere in the country, and make booking simple. Referring doctors also needed a simple way to send patients.

What we built

• “Book now” and “Book a Consultation” calls to action throughout the site
• Service pages organised around dedicated clinics for insomnia, sleep apnoea, CPAP care, paediatrics, movement disorders and sleep optimisation
• A Virtual Care section covering telehealth consultations and home sleep studies
• A Referrals page for doctors and other healthcare professionals
• A podcast section and an announcement bar for campaigns such as the practice’s Sleep Challenge
• A calm, professional design that works well on a phone
